BioPuff® Wadding:
A next-generation, non-woven insulation made from Typha Latifolia (cattail) fibres, combined with recycled polyester with enhanced biodegradation. It is designed to provide warmth while contributing to wetland restoration. This material is lightweight, compact, and naturally water-resistant.
Included in the swatch set is our first commercial wadding product, 100gsm and our new lighter weight 80gsm wadding which has been designed to be used in the same garments but used in different areas of the product such as sleeves and collars.

BioPuff®:
A next-generation loose fibre-fill insulation made from Typha Latifolia (cattail) fibres, combined with recycled polyester with enhanced biodegradation, designed to keep you warm whilst regenerating wetlands. With a natural cluster structure and designed to keep you warm BioPuff® fully traceable from plant to puffer.
Our BioPuff® loose fill fibres have been sewn into a fabric mock up so you are able to analyse the materials before incorporating them into any projects.
